What an exciting evening
Night of the Notables was! Thank you to everyone who came and spent time asking students questions. They loved having an opportunity to dress up and show off their knowledge as their Notable Characters!
Ms. Gutt's class will complete a Science Test on Thursday, March 23, covering Radiant, Thermal, and Mechanical Energy.
Ms. Moschel's class will complete a Science Test on Friday, March 31, covering Chemical and Nuclear Energy.
This coming week in
Literacy students will continue to develop skills in the following:
Nonfiction Reading Comprehension, using "Time for Kids" magazines,
Fiction Reading Comprehension, using Jr. Great Books,
Writing, using Daily 6-Trait Writing, and
Grammar, using Grammar Island and Practice Island.
In
Science, Ms. Moschel's class will study chemical and nuclear energy.
Ms. Gutt's class will review for, and complete, a Science Test covering Radiant, Thermal, and Mechanical Energy. The test is on Thursday, March 23.

On Tuesday, March 21, Tigers reading work is due, (The Fisherman & his Wife).
On Wednesday, March 22, signed Monday Folders are due.
On Thursday, March 23, Ms. Gutts' students will complete a
Science Test covering Radiant, Thermal, and Mechanical Energy.
Time for Kids is due, (rat race).
On Friday, March 24, Eagles writing work is due, (poem).
Students will watch a performance of our
School Musical.
I will be out of the classroom in the afternoon.
On Monday, March 27, Hawks writing work is due, (my trip).
On Tuesday, March 28, Falcons writing work is due, (students' choice).
On Wednesday, March 29, Leopards reading work is due ,(Elephant's Child).
Signed Monday Folders are due.
On Thursday, March 30, Time for Kids id due, (animals).
On Friday, March 31, Ms. Moschel's class will complete a
Science Test covering Chemical and Nuclear Energy.
